CityCab runs local rides, outstation journeys and airport transfers across Surat and the wider Gujarat region. We started with a small fleet and one rule that has not changed since: the fare quoted is the fare paid, and the driver assigned is the driver who arrives.
Every vehicle is inspected on a fixed schedule and cleaned between trips. Every driver is background checked and licence verified, and is identified to you by name, photo and vehicle number before pickup.
Pickup times are committed at booking and tracked by the dispatch desk, not left to chance.
Tolls, parking and driver allowance are itemised before you confirm, never added at the end of the trip.
Photo, licence and vehicle registration are shared with you ahead of every pickup.
