1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and booking a ride with us, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Yatayat Car Rentals's services if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. Bookings and Cancellations

All bookings made through our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or amend a booking under exceptional circumstances (e.g., severe weather, vehicle breakdown, or driver unavailability).

• Bookings must be requested with accurate pickup locations, drop-off locations, dates, and times.
• Any modifications to the booking must be done at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

3. Fares, Tolls, and Taxes

Fares are calculated based on parameters such as trip distance, vehicle type, and package selected (one-way or round-trip).

• The estimated fare provided at the time of booking excludes state taxes, toll taxes, and parking fees unless explicitly mentioned otherwise.
• Any additional route diversions or extra waiting hours requested by the passenger during the trip will be charged extra as per standard rates.
• Payment must be completed in cash to the driver, or online via our supported payment gateways.

4. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave with respect towards our drivers and maintain the cleanliness of the vehicles. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Smoking, drinking alcohol, or consuming illegal substances inside the vehicle.
• Carrying hazardous, flammable, or illegal items.
• Misbehaving, harassing, or threatening the driver.

Drivers have the right to terminate the ride immediately without any refund if the passenger violates these conduct guidelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we make every effort to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs, Yatayat Car Rentals is not liable for delays caused by traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, or force majeure events. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the trip. Passengers are advised to double-check the vehicle before disembarking.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
