Shipping & Service Dispatch Policy

Since Yatayat Car Rentals provides digital booking and on-road passenger transportation services, this policy explains how booking confirmations (digital delivery) and physical dispatch/delivery of cars and drivers are managed.

1. Digital Delivery of Booking Confirmation

Upon a successful online booking on our portal:

• You will immediately receive an instant booking confirmation email/SMS containing your Booking ID, routing details, and fare breakdown.
• No physical tickets are shipped to your address. The email, SMS, or booking confirmation on your mobile screen serves as your valid ticket.

2. Driver & Vehicle Allocation Details

To ensure passenger security and vehicle availability, driver and vehicle details (including driver phone number, name, vehicle model, and plate number) are dispatched as follows:

• Local & Airport Rides: Driver details are sent 2 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
• Outstation/Intercity Packages: Driver details are sent 4 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.

3. Dispatch Timelines (Pickup Grace Period)

Our drivers are instructed to arrive at the designated pickup location 10 to 15 minutes before the scheduled time. However, to accommodate potential delays, we provide a grace period:

• Standard Grace Period: The driver will wait up to 15 minutes at the pickup point.
• Airport/Railway Terminal Pickups: The driver will wait up to 30 minutes to account for flight/train delays or baggage collection.
• If the customer does not board the vehicle or contact the driver within the grace period, the booking will be marked as a customer no-show and cancelled without a refund.

4. Service Area & Delivery Constraints

We operate and dispatch premium car rentals across Gujarat and major intercity routes connecting to neighboring states. Vehicle dispatch is subject to state regulatory permits, local traffic rules, and road accessibility. We do not dispatch vehicles to zones where entry is legally restricted, or to roads deemed unsafe for vehicle operations by local authorities.
